Toyota Repair: Outside door handle not working, interior door panel, toyota corolla

My exterior driver's side door handle is not working (but the inside one is). Do I need to remove the interior door panel to get to this? If so, how do I do this? Thank you.

There are screws hidden behind the door handle bezel and under the switch panel. Two 10 mm bolts hold the handle to the door.
Then you gently pull the panel off the door. A door panel clip tool would be helpfull.
The clip that holds the rod to the handle may have broken, check before you order a handle you dont need.
