I HAVE A TOYOTA CAMRY 1996 2.2L 2 DOORS YOU TOLD ME I NEED TO TIGHTING MY BELT AND CHECK THE RESIVIOR YOU WERE RIGHT MY BELT NEED TO BE ROCK SOLID TIGHT THE SQUWEEING AND YELLING ARE GONE BUT IS IT SUPPOSED TO MAKE A NOISE WHEN I GET TO THE END OF THE STEERING TURB ITS NOT A SCREAM OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT BUT DOES MAKE A SOUND WHEN IT GET TO THE END OF THE WHEEL ON BOTH SIDES LIKE IF THE BELT WAS RUBBING AGAINST SOMETHING (JUST DISCRIBING THE SOUND DONT THINK THATS WHA IT IS)IS IT SUPPOSED TO SOUND LIKE THAT DID I  DAMAGED SOMETHING AND THE TWO HOSES COULD IT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT YOU NOW THE ONES IM SPEAKING OF THE ONES ON THE PUMP.

Answer
It is perfectly normal to hear this noise when turning the wheel all the way to the lock position either left or right, the noise is caused by relief valves in the steering gear to release exess pressure back to the resevoir, the connections of the hoses don't matter, either way is OK.
