Toyota Repair: 2002 Sienna power sliding door, sliding door, end result

Question
I have 2002 Sienna LE with power sliding door on passenger side.  It began acting up; hesitating on opening, not quite closing.  I tried to adjust the tension, may have made it worse (oops), have tried the re-initialize process with no improvement.  Door motor seems to be OK.  Is it a question of adjustment or could it be ECM?  If so, could I get a copy of the service bulletin you mentioned in earlier response to question?  Thanks in advance.

Answer
In just about all cases of this problem we have replaced the door control ECU to fix this condition, yes there is a bulletin which takes you through a bunch of tests but the end result is always that the ECU has to be replaced so we bypass the bulletin and replace the ECU to fix the erratic door behavior. I just hope you didn't do more harm than good adjusting the cables.
