at 2500 rpm my toyota van jumps or even squiles the tires ....is this a transmission problem?

I believe that there were some problem with the valve bodies in the transmissions causing this, parts may not be available any more and even so they are extremely expensive, a valve body would probably cost more than the van is worth, you may want to consider finding a used transmission.
