Toyota Repair: Tail Lights Dont Work, tail lights, fuse

Question
The tail lights don't work on our 2000 Camry.  When we take the fuse out and put it back in, it works.  Once we depress the brake pedal, the tail lights go out again and stay out until we reset the fuse.

Answer
I need to know which fuse it is that you take out, I also need to know whether the problem is with the tail lights or the brake lights, they are on two different circuits.
When you remove the fuse is it blown and do you replace it with a new one?
When the headlights are turned on do the tail lights and parking lights come on without touching the brake pedal?
Check all the bulbs in the rear and make sure they are not mixed up, some sockets take bulbs with two contacts and some only have one contact, check the sockets to make sure they have the correct bulbs, a mix up will cause fuses to blow. If all the bulbs check out ok, please answer my above mentioned questions.
