Toyota Repair: power sun roof, power sun roof, side slides

Question
roof stays open on passenger side a little,.
driver side slides before the other.
what needs changed or titened?
if cable needs replaced, how difficult is the job, and what do I take off to get at the parts?

It looks like the cables are the problem, replacing them is quite involved as the whole sunroof track assembly has to be removed from the roof and then disassembled on the bench and the cables replaced, this is way to involved for me to give step by step instructions and illustrations, if you really want to get involved in doing this I would suggest getting a repair manual from the toyota dealer and follow the step by step instructions.
