Toyota Repair: 95 toyota camry wont start, toyota camry, cam timing

Question
Hi i have a 95 camry that im working on for a friend. It broke down and had it towed to my shop.
i checked everything and noticed the timing belt was stretched and jumped time.So i replaced it and set the timing perfect. It still wont start.I've replaced the distr. cap, rotor, spark plugs and wires. And it still wont start. It has plenty of fuel. The spark is fine, its kind of a bluish spark. Is there something im misssing. It gets spark so it cant be the igniter,Could it be the distributer?

Answer
No, I don't think the distributor is the cause or there would be no spark at all.
Since the engine ran before the problem with the timing belt slipping it seems that there may be a problem with the cam timing, make sure that the #1 piston is up at TDC and the cam gear hole is lined up with the dot on the upper cam bearing housing.
I'm assuming it's a four cylinder, if not let me know, but my advice would probably be the same, recheck the cam timing.
