Toyota Repair: Replacing Engine Air Filter in 2002 Camry, plastic tabs, retaining clips

I am trying to replace the rectangular engine clean air filter. There are two screws that I loosened. Hoowever, the other end seems to either hinged or held by plastic tabs. How do I release these and remove the whole top cover?

Lift the cover up and pull back and the retaining clips will release, pull out the old filter and install the new one, reinstall the top by inserting the retaining tabs all the way into the recesses, you have to do this with the top angled, the end with the bolts must be up about three inches to get the cover back in place.
