Hi Ted, I just replaced the connecting rod bearings on my 2000 toyota Camry CE and took the car for inspection a few days after but failed because of bad knock sensor, speed sensor and cam position sensor. What should i do? drive the car and sensors will reset itself or replace them. Thanks Larry

I'm not sure if this will work but you can give it a try, open the fuse box under the hood and remove the EFI fuse, wait for ten seconds and put it back in and see if the check engine light stays off.

Answer
Removing the efi fuse or disconnecting the battery will erase the trouble codes stored in the computer, it will not repair a malfunctioning input sensor, some trouble codes can't be cleared by removing power to the computer, give this a try and see if the check engine light goes off.
