Toyota Repair: Power window intermittent operation, toyota camry, intermittent operation

Question
My 1999 Toyota Camry has an intermittent driver door power window. Was not working for several weeks, is now working. Hitting bumps, temperature changes, slamming door seems to have no effect. It just works sometimes, or not.

This has been happening for 6 months, off and on.
can you give me some advice?  Thank You.

Answer
Intermittent problems are hard to diagnose, it's either the window motor or the master switch, I would wait until the problem is there permanently, then the door panel can be removed and the window motor can be checked by applying 12 volts to it to see if it works or not, right now it's a guess as to what the problem may be but the most common is the window motor.
