Answer
Sorry about your injury Anibal.

I need a lot mroe information to answer your question.  Has the insurance company for the driver accepted liability?  Depending on the state where you live, you may be able to make an injury claim for medical bills and wages with your auto insurance carrier as well s that of the driver.

If they accept liability, they will wait until you have been released from medical care, then they will collect all of your medical bills and records, and then they will make you an ffer tos ettle your claim.  The offer will depend on the amount of your bills and the extent of your injury.
