Toyota Repair: 1999 Camry Rough Idle, pcv valve, fuel pressure

I have a 1999 camry 140,000 miles. On occasion there is low (rough)/no idle when cold, stalls. No OBDII codes, EGR ok, fuel pressure ok, recently tuned all plugs, wires and filters. Any ideas. Thanks

Somebody do a timing belt on it lately or SPA, Do you hear it rattling in the mornings(W/P) (timing jump) check for clogged jelled eng(PCV valve, sits on the valve cover, with a little hose going to the air chamber.  Try removing and cleaning this if sludged and you have at least one oil receipt for each year and the SPA  has not been done. Take it to Toyota and tell them it smokes all the time and you think the eng is jelled want cost you a dime.  You can go on line and find out about the SPA.
