I heard a pop sound on the passenger side window.
The window was up at the time. I tried to lower the window with success. The window will not not come back up, can this be the motor or fuse.

Answer -
The window regulator broke, it needs to be replaced.
Remove the door panel to inspect.

How would I remove the door panel? What should I be looking for? How do I replace the regulator?

Answer
Remove the cover plate from the inside door handle, remove the clip from the control rod, remove the plastic cover from the armrest, there are two screws in the armrest, there may be another one under the red clearance light, if it has one, remove two plastic covers towards the front of the panel there are screws under them, the panel is held on with a lot of clips which will pop off, look for a small plastic cove just above the side pocket, open it, there is a screw under it, then the panel should be able to be pulled off.

Move the window up or down so that you can get to the attaching bolts that hold it to the regulator(10mm)remove them and pull the window out through the top opening, remove all the 10mm bolts that hold the regulator on and the motor will come out with it, seperate the motor from the old regulator and install it on the new regulator. Some regulators and motors come as one unit.
