Toyota Repair: Timing for 91 Corolla double cam, fire wall, timing belt

We installed a new timing belt and need to time the ignition. Can you suggest where we can find the method?

Dlc, under the hood, it will have a cap on it, open it, look in the top of it, jump te1 and e1, crank/start sticker under the hood or fire wall/eng body per Toyota, should be 10deg before. if you haven't moved the dis you should not need to adjust the timing, if running bad now ask your self, was it running like this before we did the timing belt, if bad chances are you missed a tooth.
