Toyota Repair: window seal problem (and others), valve stem seals, glass run

Question
I have a 99 camry. both front door windows have folded over seals in the top back corner. Driver window almost acts like it is in a bind as it nears the fully closed position. What's the fix for this?

Drivers door seems harder to shut (latch properly) without pushing/pulling harder than normal. other doors work fine. the top hinge was getting loose on the bushing so I had a new hinge put on. No improvement. No accident damage, and gaps around door appear nice and even. However door tends to "spring" open when opening door. more than the other doors. any ideas?

And lastly, my car smokes occasionally on intital start up (blue smoke) but not always. I'm thinking that I have a valve seal going bad on one cylinder. But get this: after I drive the car for extended trips (say several hunderd miles at one time)the smoking seems to stop completely for several weeks to a month. kinda weird. any thoughts on this?
Thanks for any help you can give

Answer
Both door window glass run channels have to be replaced to fix this problem.
The door striker plate can be adjusted a small amount or bent to make the door open and close more easily, also lubrication the door lock mechanism will help.
The blue smoke is caused by leaking valve stem seals, yours are not real bad yet but they will get worse over time.
