Toyota Repair: 2000 Sienna Power sliding door stops working, toyota sienna, power buttons

Question
The Power sliding door on the passenger side of my 2000 XLE Toyota Sienna stops working.  The dealer said there was a process to re-initialize the door.  Do you know what that process is and have you heard of this problem before?

more details:  This happened once before about 2 years ago and then it just started working again after a day.  This time it has not started working again.  You can still open and close the door manually but it is heavy and hard to do.  None of the power buttons in the van or the key fob work.  I have checked the auto door lock on the dash and it is not on.  I have tried it in both positions just to make sure.

Answer
the re-initalize. make sure the main switch by the dash is showing the red line. disconnect the neg on the battery for 3 minutes.reconnect! now using the key fob. start with the door closed and open it with the keyfob, wait 10 secs. and do it again. repeat one more time. that should do it! if that does not do it, i would take it to the dealer! could be a motor problm i nthe door.
