Toyota Repair: Toyota Camry 95 engine mount, toyota camry, worse case

Question
Hi Sir,

My 95 camry is about 103,000 miles, recently I brought to the dealership to change brake pads, and they told me that my side and rear engine mount are broken and need to replace, it costs $360. My quesiton would be: should I change the engine mounts as they suggested, what is the worse case if I do not change it? Do you think the $360 is a fair price? Thank you very much.

Answer
These mounts are a common failure and the dealer is probably right, they should be replaced, if you don't replace them you will feel a shock everytime the car is put in gear or accelerated because of the engine movement.
The price sounds very reasonable.
