There is a possibility that the window motor shorted or seized and caused the power fuse to blow, it's loccated in the fuse panel in the dash, the gauge fuse is probably also blown causing the loss of any of the instrument panel functions.
The power fuse looks different than the normal fuses, it is larger and is pink in color and has a clear plastic cover on it.
