Question - sorry bout that. at first only one was effected then both now its back to only the passenger side.
Ted,I own a 1998 Toyota Camry with a wierd turn signal problem. During the day all is fine but when the sun goes down and the headlights go on the trouble starts. then the turnsignals start to blink at twice the regular rate or faster. bulbs are all good and operative all other lights work. what is your opinion as to what the problem is?

AnswerThanks for the reply, here is how to fix the problem.
First of all get two new bulbs for the front, take out the old bulbs, look inside the socket you will see two contact strips, take a small hook and pull up on the strips a little, this makes a better contact with the bulbs and your turn signals will be back to normal.
