Tractor Repair: engine swap, breaking the bank, engine swap

Is swapping a case 1370 engine into a case 1070 doable without breaking the bank?

do you already have a 1370 engine these tractors are not common in ireland so i wouldnt know about them the stroke of the crank is the same so i suspect tthey have the same block but different bore sizes as well as the 1370 being turbo charged if the block is the same and you already have an engine it should be straight forward if your doing it yourself it wouldnt cost much to do
