Tractor Repair: Case 1370 lift arms, control valve, hyd

Case 1370 lift arms wont lift? All other hyd work fine.Cable is also working lever. was pulling a heavy turn plow when it quit.Is there a reset or a trip to look for?

 If the cables for the raise lever and the draft sensitivity lever are OK and not broken, then there must be a problem in the hitch control valve or the lift piston. If all the other hydraulics work OK, then the problem is isolated to the hitch circuit only and not related to the pump, filters, etc.  There is no reset or transport lock or anything else to look for.  There could be a sticking spool in the hitch control valve, or a blown seal on the lift piston.
