Tractor Repair: repair on mccormick farmall 706, farmall 706, hydraulic filter

put tractor up a month ago everything working fine cranked up yesterday & no brakes & no steering pto working hydraulic fluid full
steering hard.... do you have any idea what might be wrong

sounds like there may be a stuck relief valve in the control unit can you here any noise from the back end do you have any flow from the auxiliary put an open ended pipe on to check this and put the pipe into a bucket.im not that well up on these tractors but i think the relief valve is on the left hand side in the control block where the hydraulic filter screws on
