Tractor Repair: 4000 Ford Stuck Tranny, rear end, clutch

Have a 1964 Ford 4000 4 cyl. gas with 4 spd manual tranny.
Model 41101. While backing up i pushed in on clutch and noticed not coasting.Something seemed to be binding.Shifter will shift into any gear forward/rev,and just bog down engine/when release clutch. I Jacked up rear end.When in Neutral clutch out/wheels spin forward.Clutch in wheels stop.Put in any gear 1-4 or reverse  release clutch still will bog down engine.

  There could be a bad bearing in the transmission that is starting to lock up, but you would usually notice a noise first.  There may be gears that spin directly on a shaft without bearings and the gears can seize onto the shaft.  I have seen that happen a few times.
