Tractor Repair: David Brown 1210, david brown, air cleaner

I have got David Brown 1210 it shut off its engine and it wont start now. i have tried cleaning air cleaner fuel pipes but still no luck. When it stop it gave a a sound like 2 bearings rubbing together and it stopped completely shutting the engine off.
will appreciate your views on this

  Check if there is any smoke coming out of the muffler when you are trying to start it.  If not, then it is not getting any fuel.  Check that you are getting fuel from the tank to the injection pump.  Then loosen the injection lines at the injectors and see if you are getting fuel there.  I have no idea what the noise could be, there are too many things for me to guess.
