Tractor Repair: 2390 case locked in park, train section, case tractor

Question
How do I get a 2390 Case tractor out of park?  The lever move going in to the tranmission but it will not come out for park. I think I may have striped a key off inside. Now what can I do?

Hello,

  The pto housing will have to be removed from the rear of the tractor to get inside to repair it.  To see a breakdown of the parts go to caseih.com, click on parts, and do an online parts search.  Type in 2390 in the search box and click search.  Select your model from the results, and go to the drive train section.  Select differential park lock and you will see a picture of all the parts with the part numbers.
