How do I get to the cable under the platform to connect the cable? Do I need a special tool? tThe tractor has cab.

Hello,

  You have to remove the knobs from all the levers, remove the lock on the pto lever, remove the bolts and remove the top cover off of the control console.  You will then be able to get at the throttle lever to connect the cable.  There are no special tools needed.
