Tractor Repair: Ford 5610 will not crank, ford 5610, big guns

Question
Ford 5610 will try to turn over and puff desiel smoke but not crank.  I have replaced the battery and bleed the lines which have a good flow.  The fuel was fresh at 2 months ago. I have researched the owners and shop manuels to the best of my layman abilities.  Any help before I call in the big guns, which is gona hurt $$$.

  Not sure what you mean by will turn over but not crank.
  If it's not turning over fast enough it won't start even if you have good fuel supply.  If the battery is new, make sure the cables and connections are in good condition, and the ground connection on the engine is good.  The starter could also be weak.  After bleeding the filter and lines, You can also bleed the injection lines at the injectors to make sure there is good fuel supply there if you haven't already done so.
