Tractor Repair: Briggs engine, inner seal, oil seal

How do I change the crankshaft lower oil seal on a Briggs model 402707   type 0141  01 engine.

Hi Robert
Can you send a picture from the manual?
Does the manual not cover this?
But with out seeing the actual layout.
I can only guess that having drained the oil ,and ounce the crank is lifted out you should be able to punch the seal out from the crank side , with a special shaped rod through the inner seal hole were the crank was!
Be carfull not to damage the inner seal of course !
The new seal can be carfully punched in from the out side
