Tractor Repair: Steering column seal blew out?, kubota b2150, steering column

My steering column seems to have blown a seal.  I have a Kubota B2150 mid 80's?  I took the steering wheel off and a rubber centering grommet however I dont know how to get the steering coluumn housing off to get to the seal at the bottom to replace it or even if I can.

Do you have a manual? Bit difficult for me to say from this distance. As this entire machine are different. Can you send a good picture or a copy from the manual page?
