Tractor Repair: 1953 ford jubilee, crank pulley, fan shaft

Question
Friend brought me a tractor to work on,said it overheats. Found a small leak in radiator,so i pulled it out to be repaired. I also found a small pin hole in the freeze plug.Im thinking hey this isnt bad...as i grabed the fan to check the bearings of the pump I found the end bearings for the fan shaft was loose... I then noticed as I wiggled it the lower pulley (crank pulley or dampner) was loose as well...dear god what did I get myself into..
my question.
Can I tighten the crank pulley?
should I replace the water pump or is this a common little problem with an easy snug up of some bolt behind the fan?
Also on the freeze plug what is the best way of removing this?
any manuals in pdf?

Answer
You will have to isolate the problem with fan and the dampner --- they both have bolts that can be tightened up -- but if the wobble is in the part it self then replacement parts will be needed.

The freeze plug is as easy as punching it out and pushing a new plug in.
