Tractor Repair: ford 8n hyd., ford 8n, excessive leakage

i have a 1953 ford 8n all of a suden the rear lift arms do not work fluid level is ok no unusual noises ,excessive leakage,rear pto works fine , any ideas thanks Dennis

Hi

I would start by checking the linkage for excessive wear or damage.  If nothing seems out of place with the linkage, I would start thinking about getting into the gear box/pto assembly to check the pressure valves.
