Tractor Repair: Tractor blows 30A fuse..., w kohler, electric clutch

I have a Craftsman 20HP tractor w/ Kohler engine.
It blew a 30Amp fuse which shut the entire mower down. I thought it was a short in the electric clutch wiring...which I repaired; but the fuse blew again after about 2 hours.

Doing some testing:  I disconnected the clutch from its connector and after running the mower for 2-3 minutes, the fuse blew again. I guess it isn't the clutch, but looking at the schematic, I can't tell what else is wrong.

Pat when it comes to electrical problems it is hard to pin point what the problem could be.
The best way to fix them is to call the professionals it is quicker and easier to do it this way.
The only other way is look at the whole wiring harness and look for problems and fix them if you can find them.
