Tractor Repair: mower deck, magnetic clutch, high maintainence

Question
I cannot disengage the mower deck, which prevents the tractor from starting.  What can I do to fix it?

Bill the first thing to do is to find out why it won't turn off does the switch work.
If it does check the magnetic clutch these at times can be a high maintainence item bearings can cause it not to turn off as they seize.
Bill these are the only reasons that I know that can cause your problem hope it helps with the problem.
