Tractor Repair: rear wheel?, massey harris tractor, rear rims

HI Big Dean,
About a 2 years ago I was able to buy a 1949 model 44 RC form a relative. It seems that the rear tires were filled with sodium water, and (you guessed it) it rotted out one of the rear rims. I have been “on the hunt” for a rear rim for my beauty, and would like to know if you may be able to point me in a direction so that I can find “the rim that I need”.

My 1949 Massy Harris 44RC has a rebuilt engine (and runs like a top) and I'd sure like  to finishing my restoration this spring . Any help finding a source for a rear rim would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried Sid Farm supply over at Porter OK. he has a salvage & did have several old Massey Harris tractor they were parting out. That is the only place I know of. Big Dean Email daustin62@aol.com
