Triumph Repair: Triumph Spitfire MkIV, triumph spitfire, rear edge

Seriously looking to buy a vehicle, found one finally, but bottom rear edge of doors standing proud to body panels. Body looks sound, just wanted to know if profile can be corrected, if so anyone you might recomend in Midlands area? Sills look original so don't think car has had panels replaced (11 months MoT also) Really appreciate any guidance.

Hi John,
If the doors fit the body well and only the rocker panels are out a little and if they are out all the length of the car on both sides I wouldn't bother with them as they are a good portion of the structure of the car body. If it is not even on the whole length of the car and looks bad you need to locate a good body shop to look at it to see if something is wrong.
