UK Car Repair: vectra gsi lights not working!!!, fuse box, fog lights

Question
I hav a vectra gsi 2000 reg the front side lights work along with fog lights and indicators but i cant get the normal lights front and rear + the full beam lights to work checked all fuses that someone told me to i was also told it could be a relay but not sure if its true and dont know where it would be.

The main lights relay runs all the powerful lights, normal beam, high beam and sometimes the sidelights as well, so pretty sure it is the lights relay (about £7 or so).

On the fuse box cover there is a diagram or should be that shows the function of the relays hopefully its in words and not pictures, but if you're still lost -> the relay is a box about a cubic inch in size, when you turn on the lights this relay will make a click, have someone turn the lights on and off and find this relay, replacement is simple, pull/wiggle the relay out of its socket and take it to your local parts shop/halfords/wherever to get the right replacement.
