Answer

. Fill the reservoir to the top and just place the cap unscrewed on top to keep dust/dirt out, tie a cloth round the bottom of the reservoir to stop any spilled fluid.

Undo one REAR bleed nipple a whole turn, push the pedal to the floor FIRMLY, not too slowly -
Once the pedal is to the floor keep it pressed hard to the floor and have your assistant tighten the bleed nipple again. release the pedal very slowly, that is more important than how you press it. (your'e "throwing" the old fluid away, and "drawing" the new fluid into the system by lifting the pedal, draw the fluid slowly, let it almost naturally flow into the master cylinder.
Then do the same at the other side. I'd do one operation per side, alternate between bleeding the left the then the right brake. Once you are certain the rear circuit is air-free then repeat the process with the front brakes. Keep topping the fluid up as you go through the process, keep it more than half full at least.

Thing is not to be too gentle with the hydraulic system, if you want to dislodge the air bubbles in the lines you need the fluid to coarse through there to dislodge them, too slowly and the air bubbles will float back up the system, sometimes you need a quick assistant and a good knack to get the smoothest "shot" of new, air free fluid into the line and then a second to ensure the whole line and slave cylinder has a full load of new air free fluid.
Just be patient, so long as the spanner you use on the bleed nipple is a perfect fit there's nothing to really wear out by repeated opening and tightening the bleed nipple, just don't FULLY tighten any single one till each circuit is surely air free. Use a torque wrench to get the correct torque on the bleed nipples once finished - a long time ago I left one weeping... picked up in the mot - so make sure they're tightened properly when finished and check them after a day to make sure there's no small leak, if any leak at the correct torque then replace the lkaing bleed nipple.

If you don't have the torque specs I can find them, just ask.
