UK Car Repair: renault master 2.2dci, glo plugs, new glo

fault code 233 heater plug circuit
wont start from cold.
fitted new glo plugs 2 were faulty

Presumably after fitting the new plugs and checking they all work, it still wont start? It would then seem to be a fuel delivery problem. You need to open up (slightly) an injector line and turn the engine over to see if there is a pressurised supply at the injectors.
