UK Car Repair: water in 2003 xj6 in left front footwell, drain tubes, footwell

Twice in 4 weeks I've taken my 2003 xj6 to the main jag dealer to resolve water in left front footwell. The water seems to bounce off the moulding under the speaker. First time, they cleaned out drain tubes from windscreen. Next time they insisted that there was nothing wrong, it just needed to dry out more.Your view would be appreciated.

Normally one would expect the source to be from the AC drain tubes. I didn't think there were drain tubes from the windscreen! From the sunroof there are! Look under the car after driving it with the AC on, there should be two drips left & right from the evaporator drain tubes.
