Volvo Repair: Cabin air switch wont shut off, turn signals, power stage

Have a 2002 V40 that when you turn the air control knob to the "off" position, it will not shut off and continues to blow. I have tried to move the various controls into different settings to attempt to "reset," yet no luck. . . A couple things too I should maybe mention: 1. A little while back the turn signals stopped working altogether, then all of a sudden starting working again. 2. The emergency flashers stopped working then  started working again. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

 Bill, could be the switch itself or the power stage if that one has one. O'wise, switch. The turn signals and flashers could be the flasher unit itself, or the switch. You would have to test them all out with a DVOM while they are acting up to be sure. Let me know please.
