Volvo Repair: Vovlo Not Starting, volvo 960, replacement warranty

I have 96 Volvo 960 sedan. Replaced battery in 3-08. Car ran for few weeks. Then it sat for few weeks in garage. Now it will not start. No "clicking" noise, no lights. Tried starting in neutral, nothing. Do you think the starter needs replacing? Any other suggestions?

Debbie, Its possible that the car has a serious draw and drained the battery.  charge the battery up and see what happens.  Since you got it in march, there should be a 1 year free replacement warranty.  It might be better to just get a new battery and try it.  Roger
