Saturn Repair: Thermostat replacement, hosel, stop leak

I put a bottle of stop leak in the radiator yesterday. The heater does not work as of today. Where is the thermostat.

Hi Jeff,
Since you don't mention year or model, I can only offer advice on the 1992-1995 SL2 engine's Thermostat location.  It is located on the engine block, under the fitting that connects the large radiator hosel to the engine, next to the air compressor.  I beleive it is two bolts that hold it on.  You have to drain the radiator, remove the hose, and remove the aluminum hose fitting.  Again, that position may vary from year to year and model to model.
