QUESTION: How much should I expect to be charged for replacement of:
1. Timing belt
2. belt tensioner
3. ldler pulley
Please price with and without water pump.




4.Also All the above with water pump

ANSWER: Liz, you dont need to replace the pump unless its leaking.  Dont let anyone tell you different.  That would only add about $150 to the bill.  Its about $400 parts and labor.  Roger

and a local service station quoted $860

Liz, Yes.  Go with the dealer.  You will thank me later.  I have seen too many botched jobs from Joe schmoes that think they know what they are doing and wind up bending the valves because they did not know how to do a timing belt and thought they did.  Stick with the dealer.  If they mess up, then its free for you.  Joe schmoe will tell you to buzz off.
