Volvo Repair: Need Help With 02 Volvo S60 2.4T Repairs ~ Several Questions, oil drain plug, drain bolt

Question
I am having issues with the 2002 Volvo S60 2.4T that I am working on.  First:  Oil Change, shouldn't be a big deal but it is now.  The oil drain is installed so tight that it will not budge.  I've tried everything except heat.  I have correct tools so that wasn't an issue.  The oil drain bolt did have some minor wear and I have a brand new plug waiting.  I was able to make good connection on the bolt good but still no luck moving it.  I gradually started applying additional force and light wrench tapping, no luck.  Eventually the plug started loosing it's shape and now it's a mess.  So now that it's a lost cause, I even tried the old faithful tapping with a hammer and chisel which only has crumbled the plug further.  So now what?  Drill it out?  I am starting to suspect that someone in the past used some major thread sealant.  Second: While on the topic of oil changes, would it hurt anything to use product such as Risolene? specifically since this car is a turbo model?  Third: Directly above the oil drain plug about 7 or 8 inches there are 2 metal tubes.  I noticed a couple of green antifreeze drops forming that drip occasionally from those tubes or from one to the other.  The tubes are both metal and rubber fitted together but not sure if the leak is where these tubes connect or if I have a slow leak somewhere else that's traveling down the until it get to that particular point before it falls.  Forth: I need to replace the toggle button cap for the electric mirror adjustment.  This is the switch that you move to adjust the mirrors. It looks like the little cap or cover just pops in place but it also appears that it needs to be installed underneath the top cover which also surrounds the window rocker buttons.  So I guess my question is how do I remove the electric window switch without breaking something?  I didn't want to just start prying up on whole assembly.

Answer
Bryan, NO HEAT!!!!!!  the only thing I can suggest at this point is either vise grip or an easy out socket.  It will budge with that socket.  Trust me.  Ive replaced drains that gorillas tighten too tight.  I have no idea what Risolene is so I cant help you there.  3.  There are rubber hoses that connect on those tubes so one way to test it is to use a pressure tester.  Im pretty sure you have to replace the whole switch assembly.  Just gently pry up and it will pop out.  Hope this helped.  Roger
