Volvo Repair: 960 volvo wagon 1993, cam gears, volvo wagon

we pulled off the cam gears without marking them and we cant seem to put them in the right position on camshafts in order to line up all 3 marks for timing have had head done and bent 2 valves.How will we ever find the right position for the gears.Thanks  Mickey

There is a special tool available from the dealer that will lock the cams in the correct position, or you can try to eyeball it with themarks on the ends of the cams(slots in back end)Seeing as you have already bent two valves, you probably don't want any more guess work
