Volvo Repair: cabin air filter, cabin air filter, dash panel

2001 S 80 turbo - (1)where do I find cabin air filter?  Any special facts or features?
(2) passenger side headlight cover "fogs up".  How do I access inside of cover and prevent future fogging?

To find the cabin air filter remove the right side under dash panel, If I remember right you just unclip the cover and the old one slides down. It may have the other style that the cover is held on with four screws. Either way the filter will come straight down. The headlight may require replacing the assembly...You can try to reseal it but it will require removal of the headlamp assembly either way. Lens has spring clips holding it onto the housing.Just pop those off with a screwdriver, they will press back on.Lenses may be available separately, so if it has a small crack or hole in it you can replace just the lens or try to seal the crack/hole with a clear silicone adhesive.Without removing the assembly or the lens.Thats not the most perfect repair, if you want perfection replace the assembly.
