Chevrolet Repair: Engine surge, code scanner, 3l

I have a 1994 S10 4.3L V-6 engine code W,A/T.Runs good until it warms up then has an surge of 50 to 75 RPMs. Under a load it is even worse but when I get above 2500 RPM it seems to run fine. I have used a code scanner and it says everything is good. Any ideas?

Hi John, They had a lot of trouble with the CPI injector on this engine. I think you need to have someone take a look at how it is running and make sure what the problem is. The injectors cost around 300 dollars and you want to be sure that this is the problem.
