Volvo Repair: 02 Volvo S60 T5 Fuel Problems, volvo s60 t5, emission control system

Question
I have three issues with my T5 that might be related.  The first is that my check engine light is on with code p0447 "EVAP Emission Control System Vent Circuit Open".  Any common problems associated with this code?  The second is that it is very difficult to put gas into the car.  I have to barely squeeze the lever and fill it up very slowly or the pump shuts off because the gas comes back up.  The third is that the fuel gauge is off with it staying on full for the first 200 miles or so and then at about 1/4-2/3 the tank is actually empty. Sorry for so many questions but I have a feeling they are related.  Maybe a tank vent problem?  Thanks.

Answer
the check engine light maybe you had gas cap loose there is no way telling  for me without  testing you car with diagnostics test what is wrong . the 2nd gauge you have maybe bad gas tank  ,bad fuel pump sending unit  that is in fuel tank  for gas problem  you can have plugged evap vent  or stuck flapper door in fuel tank all this items require  opening  fuel tank nothing that you can do at home but you have some idea now what it can be wrong :)
