Volvo Repair: volvo v70 urgent service, volvo v70, volvo dealer

Can you please tell me what "urgent service needed" means?  The owners manual says to take to an authorized volvo dealer and that's all it offered in way of an explanation.  It's an 2001 that my wife and I have owned for 1 year and the throttle body/unit recall has been done.  During this time while the "urgent service" light was on, the car drove very shaky and the message light would come on specifically when I would accelerate.  The car has 72K.

urgent service is you have problem with engine or transmission it can electrical or mechanical problem don't wait to long it will maybe make more damage  and cost you more money use only original Volvo parts for any repair and use Volvo dealer for service for best results
