Volvo Repair: 1997 960 misfire, amplifire, compression test

Question
the car had 3 codes come up. 173 rich bank 1, 300 multi cyl misfire, and 302 #2 cyl misfire. check and changed the plugs ( all looked good ) did a compression test all around 225lbs. switched #2 coil with #6. cleared codes and went for a ride. car now has 4 codes. the same 3 plus 301 #1 cyl misfire. still shows #2 misfire ( with the coil from #6 ) . could it be a ignition amplifire? if so what one controls 1 & 2 ? is there a test for the amp ( with a meter ) ? thanks for your help.  chuck

Answer
check the ground wire under the intake if the are loose or damaged also you may have  bad ignition modules you have 2 of the them bolted on intake sides you can swich those modules to see if the foult codes move to differnet cylinder if it moves than you have bad ignition module one module controls 3 cylinders.is the car missfirng  bad?
you can have bad ignition coils also but not likely if you change them change them all .let me know how it goes
